What we are
Darivo is an independent, AI-powered home-buying platform for the United Arab Emirates. You describe the home you want in your own words. Verified brokers compete to bring you properties that fit. Darivo evaluates every submission against your brief and explains its reasoning.
What we are not
- We are not a property portal and we do not sell advertising.
- We are not a brokerage and we do not hold seller instructions.
- We are not a lender, an insurer or a regulated financial adviser.
- We do not sell, resell or share buyer contact details as leads.
How we are paid
Providers pay fixed fees for access: a Proposal Pass to submit properties to an opportunity, and a Viewing Access Fee when a buyer shortlists them. Buyers pay nothing to publish a brief or receive matches. No fee, of any size, can improve a Match Score or a ranking position.
Our commitments
- Anonymity by default until you choose to reveal yourself.
- Every score explained in plain language, including the compromises involved.
- Honest alternatives, including telling you when nothing suitable exists yet.
- Providers removed for licence lapses, inaccurate availability or pressure tactics.
Status of this build
This is a demonstration product. Property, provider and transaction data shown throughout the application is illustrative. Identity checks, permit validation, payments and financial verification use demo states rather than live third-party integrations.
