What a submission must include
- Property title, area and community
- Building or development and unit reference
- Property type, bedrooms and bathrooms
- Size and asking price
- Service charges
- Current availability and the date it was confirmed
- Permit number and Madmoun QR
- Photographs and the listing URL
- Viewing availability
- Why this property matches the brief
- Any relationship with the seller or developer
Submissions that breach a mandatory criterion — maximum budget, property type or minimum bedrooms — are blocked. You may request an exception with a written justification.
