What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, telephone number and, for providers, company details.
• Your property brief, financial position bands and preferences.
• Platform activity: shortlists, viewings, messages, feedback and payments.

What providers see

Opportunities published to providers contain no personal identifiers. They show budget bands, areas, property requirements, timeline, funding type and verification status only. Contact details are released only after you shortlist a provider and explicitly consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any time from your dashboard.

Messaging

Conversations are masked and take place on the platform. Attempts to move contact off-platform before consent are a breach of provider standards.

Retention and deletion

Briefs and opportunities are retained while your search is active and for a limited period afterwards so that disputes can be resolved. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time; anonymised transaction records may be retained where required.

Consent records

Every consent you grant or revoke is logged with a timestamp and scope, and is visible to you.
